Blue Screen Error on Windows 7

I have encountered a problem with my Windows 7 (Built 7000) for the last 2 months since I installed it. The blue screen error keeps popping up from time to time (usually not quite often 2-3 times a month, but twice today). The problem seems to come from Kernel-Power, which is according to the report. Here is the complete report:

The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

Please tell me what to do to fix this problem as I am afraid that it will damage my other hardware from unexpected shutdown.

Ps. I have installed a RAM to my laptop a couple of days after running on Windows 7 (there are currently  2 installed, same BUS and manufacturer - Kingston).

I just run memory check (from Windows Control Panel) and not error has been detected.
